I Am Not Sure if I Am Already Enrolled

If you are not sure if you are enrolled in Just in Time Care, please contact us or call 800-537-5557.

If you have enrolled in Just in Time Care in the past you do not need to re-enroll unless you did not use your Just in Time Care subsidy for a three-year period. However, you are encouraged to provide Just in Time Care with any updated information (name change, change of address, new child, etc.) to keep your enrollment current.

There is no specific enrollment period so you can enroll at any time during the year, but if you have not enrolled prior to a backup care situation, please enroll within a month of using the service. In addition, those employees who expect to use the service are strongly urged to enroll prior to using care to avoid the additional stress or delay that might be caused by completing necessary paperwork on the day you need care.
